Green Mill Properties, LLC, formerly Don Walker Rentals, has been in business for over 50 years. We are a full-service residential property management company, managing 300+ properties for 30+ owners. The combined experience of our office staff ensures that our valued tenants and owners receive professional and proficient service in handling all matters pertaining to property managment. Chattanooga is our home and we take pride in making it yours, too!
OFFICE STAFF:
Brent Walker is the second-generation Owner of Green Mill Properties, LLC, and has owned his own rental properties since he was 16 years old. He has learned the business by being on the front lines of it for most of his life and has been successful in building and maintaining it. When he is not working, Brent enjoys mountain biking and woodworking.
Kim is our Financial Administrator, handeling the day-to-day accounts receivables and payables. She serves both our tenants and our vendors well. Becky works part-time in the financial office, handling financials for our property owners and assisting Kim and Brent with various projects as needed.
Darla is the Project Manager and oversees the repairs and refurbishments on properties when they become vacant, making sure that each property is ready for the next tenant to enjoy! Her decades of experience with our vendors and craftsmen provides quality work that meets our owners' budgets in a timely manner.
Janet is our Leasing Coordinator and Maintenance Supervisor. She makes sure that available units are marketed, while also responding to inquiries from prospective tenants. She both receives/dispatches maintenance requests. Janet serves our tenants well as their first contact at the front office.
